The first step is the specification. This includes taking into consideration where the light is to be installed, the technical lighting requirements and the positioning of the fixture to ensure the item created is enhanced in every way. A site visit can be arranged if necessary prior to production to ensure all aspects of the creation are considered. We consult you on colour or finish combinations and then provide samples of drawings from an IT based or hand drawing, as appropriate.
Once the customer is happy with the finished design, the lights can then go into production. We pride ourselves on being one of only a few companies that manufacture light fittings by hand to achieve an impeccable finish. Safety is the key factor in all our designs and strength calculations are carried out when required. All fixtures are tested fully to BS EN standards and are CE compliant.
We are happy to assist other trades with technical aspects that can be commonly overlooked. Ensuring all cable exits and fixing positions are in all the right locations before the project gets underway to ensure ease of installation at the fitting stage. We can also offer an installation service if required.
